Sales terms.

1. Seller and contact

These terms apply to online merchandise sold by BAR X BAR PTY LTD (ABN 86 638 660 938), trading as BAR X BAR. Contact us at shop@barxbar.com.au or 0431 353 060.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and are GST-inclusive. Product prices, discounts, delivery charges and the complete order total are shown before payment. Stripe is the primary secure checkout and PayPal may be offered as a backup. An order is accepted when payment is completed and BAR X BAR issues an order number; an item placed in a bag is not reserved.

Stripe may dynamically offer card, Apple Pay, Link, Zip and, only when Stripe confirms eligibility, Afterpay. BAR X BAR does not offer Klarna, overseas checkout or subscription purchases. Regardless of the payment provider shown, BAR X BAR PTY LTD remains the seller responsible for the order and the customer's Australian Consumer Law rights.

3. Drop 01 is a preorder

Black and grey Drop 01 garments are sold before they are physically available. Stock arrival timing is currently week beginning Sunday 30th August 2026. Khaki is notification-only and cannot be purchased.

We will dispatch paid preorders or make them ready for collection promptly after the stock reaches us. We will contact affected customers with the current timing. If BAR X BAR cannot supply an item within the stated or an otherwise reasonable time, the customer may choose a full refund rather than wait. Contact shop@barxbar.com.au before ordering if timing affects your decision.

4. Availability and order changes

Incoming quantities are limited and checked again before payment is accepted. If a product becomes unavailable before payment completes, checkout will stop and no confirmed order will be created. If we discover after payment that an order cannot be supplied, we will contact the customer and provide a full refund for the unavailable item or order.

Contact us promptly if an order detail is wrong. We will try to help before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once packing or delivery has begun.

5. Delivery and collection

We currently deliver only to Australian addresses or offer free collection from the BAR X BAR Manly, Bondi or Freshwater location selected at checkout. Standard tracked delivery is $20.70, express tracked delivery is $25.20, and standard delivery is free when the merchandise total is $200 or more. Prices are GST-inclusive and the final total is shown before payment. Carrier timeframes begin after dispatch, not on the preorder date. Full details are in our shipping and returns policy.

6. Returns, faults and consumer guarantees

BAR X BAR goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, a customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or cancellation. No time limit or other condition in a voluntary returns policy restricts those rights.

BAR X BAR does not have to provide a refund solely because a customer changed their mind, chose the wrong size or found a lower price. Contact us before returning anything so we can identify the order and the appropriate next step. We will cover reasonable return costs where the law requires us to do so.

7. Customer information and privacy

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details. We use order information to take payment, prevent fraud, fulfil the order, provide service and meet legal and accounting obligations. Our privacy notice explains this handling. The payment provider selected at checkout also handles payment and account information under its own privacy terms.

8. Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Email shop@barxbar.com.au with the order number and a clear description of the issue. We will review the request and respond with the available remedy or next step.
